     F系列減速電機(ji)應用(yong)案例FA97齒(chi)輪箱(xiang)。我(wo)們平常使用(yong)的平行軸減速機,都屬(shu)于旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)體,由于材質不均(jun)勻(yun)、毛坯(pi)缺陷(xian)、加工及裝(zhuang)配(pei)中產生的誤(wu)差、設(she)計時(shi)非對稱幾何形狀等各種因素,使F系列減速電機在旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)過(guo)程中,因存在不平衡(heng)而產生離心慣性(xing)力,且隨著旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)而不斷周期性(xing)地改變方向,使旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)中心的位置無(wu)法(fa)固定不變,進(jin)而引(yin)(yin)起平行軸減速機機械振動、噪音、軸承磨損(sun)加速、機械壽命(ming)縮短,嚴重(zhong)時(shi)會引(yin)(yin)發破壞性(xing)安全事故。

F系(xi)列(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)更(geng)換低帶軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)齒(chi)輪后,齒(chi)輪存在(zai)(zai)明顯不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡,為此,必須對F系(xi)列(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)(ji)進(jin)行平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),使其工(gong)(gong)作在(zai)(zai)允許的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡精(jing)度范圍內(nei)。為了(le)不(bu)影響正常(chang)的(de)生產秩(zhi)序,決(jue)定在(zai)(zai)施工(gong)(gong)現場對平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)齒(chi)輪減速(su)機(ji)(ji)的(de)齒(chi)輪進(jin)行現場靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。通(tong)常(chang)情況下(xia),在(zai)(zai)齒(chi)輪發生靜(jing)(jing)態不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡時(shi),需要將被 測(ce)零件(jian)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)芯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上,在(zai)(zai)專用的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡導軌(gui)支架(jia)(jia)上進(jin)行靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),常(chang)用的(de)靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡支架(jia)(jia)有圓柱形(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡架(jia)(jia)和(he)棱形(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡架(jia)(jia)兩種,結(jie)合生產中的(de)實際(ji)情況,如(ru)果將平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)減速(su)機(ji)(ji)的(de)齒(chi)輪拆卸下(xia)來(lai)進(jin)行平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),所需時(shi)間長(chang),經濟(ji)投入大(da),于(yu)是(shi)決(jue)定嘗試(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)現場利用F系(xi)列(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)(ji)箱體替代平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡導軌(gui)支架(jia)(jia),結(jie)合實際(ji)工(gong)(gong)礦(kuang)條件(jian)進(jin)行平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),這樣可又省(sheng)去拆除、裝(zhuang)配(pei)等工(gong)(gong)序,使平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)減速(su)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)作狀(zhuang)態下(xia)即可獲(huo)得(de)較(jiao)高的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡精(jing)度。
通(tong)過(guo)實(shi)踐,我們(men)積累了定的(de)經驗,具體(ti)的(de)操作方法如(ru)下:找正F系列減速(su)電(dian)機下箱體(ti),水平(ping)度偏差為(wei)(wei)<0.02mm/1000mm,以保證靜(jing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)達到較高的(de)精度。測定不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)方位(wei):用手盤動(dong)齒輪(lun),使其緩(huan)慢轉(zhuan)動(dong),待(dai)靜(jing)止后,在(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)子(zi)外圓高點做標記(ji),然后在(zai)(zai)相(xiang)反的(de)方向(xiang)重復操作,如(ru)此反復3-4次,各標記(ji)的(de)平(ping)均(jun)點即為(wei)(wei)輕(qing)點,記(ji)作B點。若(ruo)轉(zhuan)子(zi)存在(zai)(zai)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則(ze)在(zai)(zai)靜(jing)止狀態(tai)下,轉(zhuan)子(zi)的(de)重點A應位(wei)于下方位(wei)置,則(ze)A點即為(wei)(wei)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)量(liang)所在(zai)(zai)的(de)方位(wei),而上方為(wei)(wei)輕(qing)點B點。
測(ce)定平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)大小:先(xian)將平(ping)行軸減速箱被(bei)測(ce)零件的(de)(de)(de)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)(即(ji)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方位(wei))轉至(zhi)水平(ping)位(wei)置,在(zai)(zai)(zai)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)對稱位(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上(shang)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)試(shi)加(jia)(jia)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)數值(zhi)由試(shi)驗(yan)確定,即(ji)用彈簧秤(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀數即(ji)為該(gai)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)上(shang)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)(hou),將A點(dian)(dian)(dian)反(fan)轉180度,使(shi)其(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新處于水平(ping)位(wei)置,然后(hou)(hou)在(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)位(wei)粘貼上(shang)定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)附加(jia)(jia)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎磁(ci)鐵塊),其(qi)大小剛好使(shi)F系列減速電機齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作用下B點(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)下轉動為止。分兩次測(ce)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)為了消除(chu)受軸承摩擦力的(de)(de)(de)影響造成的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量(liang)誤差。欲使(shi)零件達到(dao)靜平(ping)衡(heng),則在(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)所加(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加(jia)(jia)上(shang)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊后(hou)(hou),將齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)向(xiang)下、向(xiang)上(shang)兩個方向(xiang)轉動若干次,進(jin)行平(ping)衡(heng)品質檢查,觀察齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)是(shi)否能夠在(zai)(zai)(zai)做任(ren)意(yi)位(wei)置停(ting)留(liu),若齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)能在(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)意(yi)位(wei)置停(ting)留(liu),說明(ming)(ming)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)各位(wei)置均(jun)處于相同的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)狀態。若齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)不(bu)(bu)能在(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)何位(wei)置停(ting)留(liu),則沿存在(zai)(zai)(zai)不(bu)(bu)明(ming)(ming)顯的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng),需要進(jin)行精平(ping)衡(heng)
