     F系列減速(su)電機應用案例FA97齒輪箱。我(wo)們平常使(shi)用的平行(xing)軸減速(su)機(ji),都屬于旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)體,由于材質不均勻、毛(mao)坯缺陷、加工(gong)及裝配中(zhong)(zhong)產(chan)生的誤差、設計時非對稱幾何(he)形狀(zhuang)等(deng)各(ge)種(zhong)因素,使(shi)F系列(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)在旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)過程中(zhong)(zhong),因存在不平衡而(er)產(chan)生離心慣性力,且隨著旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)而(er)不斷周(zhou)期性地改變方向(xiang),使(shi)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)中(zhong)(zhong)心的位置無法固定不變,進而(er)引起平行(xing)軸減速(su)機(ji)機(ji)械振動(dong)、噪音、軸承磨損加速(su)、機(ji)械壽(shou)命縮(suo)短(duan),嚴重時會引發破壞性安全事故。

F系(xi)(xi)列減(jian)速(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)更換低帶(dai)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪后,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪存在(zai)明顯不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng),為此,必須對(dui)F系(xi)(xi)列減(jian)速(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,使(shi)其工(gong)作在(zai)允許的平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)精度范圍(wei)內。為了不(bu)影響正(zheng)常的生產秩序,決定在(zai)施工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)對(dui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)現(xian)場(chang)靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗。通(tong)常情(qing)況下,在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪發(fa)生靜(jing)態(tai)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)時,需要將被 測(ce)零件安裝(zhuang)在(zai)芯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang),在(zai)專(zhuan)用(yong)的平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)導軌(gui)支架上(shang)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,常用(yong)的靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)支架有圓(yuan)柱形平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)架和棱形平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)架兩種,結合(he)生產中的實際情(qing)況,如果將平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)減(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪拆卸下來進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,所需時間長,經濟投入大,于是(shi)決定嘗試(shi)在(zai)現(xian)場(chang)利用(yong)F系(xi)(xi)列減(jian)速(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)箱(xiang)體替(ti)代平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)導軌(gui)支架,結合(he)實際工(gong)礦(kuang)條(tiao)件進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,這樣(yang)可又省(sheng)去拆除、裝(zhuang)配等工(gong)序,使(shi)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)減(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態(tai)下即可獲得較高的平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)精度。
通過實踐,我們積(ji)累了定(ding)的經驗,具體的操(cao)作(zuo)方法如(ru)下(xia):找正(zheng)F系列減速(su)電機(ji)下(xia)箱體,水平(ping)(ping)(ping)度偏差為(wei)<0.02mm/1000mm,以保證靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)達(da)到(dao)較高的精度。測定(ding)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)方位(wei):用手盤(pan)動(dong)齒(chi)輪,使其(qi)緩(huan)慢轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong),待靜(jing)(jing)止后(hou),在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)外圓高點(dian)(dian)做(zuo)標記,然后(hou)在(zai)相反(fan)(fan)的方向(xiang)重復操(cao)作(zuo),如(ru)此反(fan)(fan)復3-4次(ci),各標記的平(ping)(ping)(ping)均點(dian)(dian)即(ji)(ji)為(wei)輕點(dian)(dian),記作(zuo)B點(dian)(dian)。若轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)存(cun)在(zai)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則在(zai)靜(jing)(jing)止狀態(tai)下(xia),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)的重點(dian)(dian)A應位(wei)于下(xia)方位(wei)置,則A點(dian)(dian)即(ji)(ji)為(wei)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)量所(suo)在(zai)的方位(wei),而上方為(wei)輕點(dian)(dian)B點(dian)(dian)。
測定平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)大小(xiao):先將(jiang)平(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)箱被測零件(jian)的(de)(de)A點(dian)(dian)(即偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方位)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)至水平(ping)位置(zhi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)A點(dian)(dian)對稱位置(zhi)的(de)(de)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上B點(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)試加(jia)(jia)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)質量(liang)數值(zhi)由(you)試驗確定,即用(yong)(yong)彈簧(huang)秤的(de)(de)讀數即為該試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)上試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后,將(jiang)A點(dian)(dian)反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)180度,使其重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新處于(yu)水平(ping)位置(zhi),然后在(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部位粘貼(tie)上定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎磁鐵塊),其大小(xiao)剛好使F系列減(jian)速(su)電機齒輪(lun)(lun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)B點(dian)(dian)向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動為止。分(fen)兩次測量(liang)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)是為了消(xiao)除受軸(zhou)承摩擦力(li)的(de)(de)影響造成的(de)(de)測量(liang)誤差。欲使零件(jian)達到靜平(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則在(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)所加(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加(jia)(jia)上配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊后,將(jiang)齒輪(lun)(lun)向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)、向(xiang)上兩個方向(xiang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動若(ruo)干次,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)品質檢查(cha),觀察齒輪(lun)(lun)是否能(neng)夠在(zai)(zai)(zai)做任意位置(zhi)停留(liu),若(ruo)齒輪(lun)(lun)能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)任意位置(zhi)停留(liu),說(shuo)明(ming)齒輪(lun)(lun)各位置(zhi)均處于(yu)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)狀態。若(ruo)齒輪(lun)(lun)不(bu)能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)任何位置(zhi)停留(liu),則沿存在(zai)(zai)(zai)不(bu)明(ming)顯的(de)(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng),需要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)精平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)
