F系列減速電(dian)機應(ying)用(yong)案例FA97齒(chi)輪箱(xiang)。我(wo)們(men)平(ping)常(chang)使(shi)(shi)用的(de)平(ping)行軸減速機(ji)(ji)(ji),都(dou)屬于旋轉體,由于材質(zhi)不均勻(yun)、毛坯缺陷、加工(gong)及裝配中(zhong)產生(sheng)的(de)誤差、設計時非對稱(cheng)幾何(he)形狀等各種(zhong)因素,使(shi)(shi)F系列(lie)減速電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在旋轉過程(cheng)中(zhong),因存在不平(ping)衡而產生(sheng)離(li)心慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力,且隨著旋轉而不斷周(zhou)期性(xing)(xing)地改變(bian)方向,使(shi)(shi)旋轉中(zhong)心的(de)位(wei)置無法(fa)固定不變(bian),進而引起平(ping)行軸減速機(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)振動、噪音、軸承磨(mo)損(sun)加速、機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)壽命縮短(duan),嚴重時會引發破壞性(xing)(xing)安全(quan)事故。

F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)(su)電機在(zai)更換低帶軸(zhou)齒輪后,齒輪存在(zai)明(ming)顯不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng),為此,必(bi)須對F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)(su)電機進行平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),使其工作(zuo)在(zai)允許(xu)的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度范圍內。為了不(bu)影響(xiang)正常(chang)的(de)生(sheng)產秩序,決定在(zai)施工現(xian)場對平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行軸(zhou)齒輪減(jian)速(su)(su)機的(de)齒輪進行現(xian)場靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)。通常(chang)情況下,在(zai)齒輪發生(sheng)靜(jing)(jing)態不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)時,需(xu)要將被(bei) 測零件安裝(zhuang)在(zai)芯軸(zhou)上,在(zai)專用的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導(dao)軌(gui)支架(jia)(jia)上進行靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),常(chang)用的(de)靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)支架(jia)(jia)有(you)圓柱形(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)和棱形(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)兩種,結合生(sheng)產中的(de)實際情況,如果(guo)將平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)(su)機的(de)齒輪拆卸下來進行平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),所(suo)需(xu)時間長,經濟(ji)投入大,于是決定嘗試在(zai)現(xian)場利(li)用F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)(su)電機箱體替代平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導(dao)軌(gui)支架(jia)(jia),結合實際工礦條件進行平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),這樣可又省去拆除(chu)、裝(zhuang)配(pei)等工序,使平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)(su)機在(zai)工作(zuo)狀態下即可獲得(de)較高的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度。
通過實踐,我們積累了定的(de)(de)經驗,具(ju)體(ti)的(de)(de)操(cao)作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)法如(ru)下:找正F系列減(jian)速電機下箱體(ti),水平(ping)度偏差為<0.02mm/1000mm,以保證(zheng)靜平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)達到較高的(de)(de)精度。測(ce)定不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)方(fang)(fang)位(wei):用手(shou)盤(pan)動齒輪,使其緩(huan)慢轉(zhuan)動,待靜止后(hou),在轉(zhuan)子外圓(yuan)高點(dian)(dian)做標記(ji),然后(hou)在相反的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)向重復操(cao)作(zuo),如(ru)此反復3-4次,各(ge)標記(ji)的(de)(de)平(ping)均點(dian)(dian)即(ji)為輕點(dian)(dian),記(ji)作(zuo)B點(dian)(dian)。若轉(zhuan)子存在不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則(ze)在靜止狀態下,轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)重點(dian)(dian)A應(ying)位(wei)于下方(fang)(fang)位(wei)置,則(ze)A點(dian)(dian)即(ji)為不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)量所在的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)位(wei),而上方(fang)(fang)為輕點(dian)(dian)B點(dian)(dian)。
測(ce)(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao):先將(jiang)平(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減速箱(xiang)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)零件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)A點(dian)(dian)(即(ji)(ji)偏(pian)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方位(wei)(wei))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)至水平(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)A點(dian)(dian)對稱位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上(shang)(shang)B點(dian)(dian)加試加配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)數值由(you)試驗確(que)定(ding)(ding)(ding),即(ji)(ji)用(yong)彈簧秤的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)數即(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)該試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang),在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)加上(shang)(shang)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后,將(jiang)A點(dian)(dian)反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)180度(du),使(shi)其重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新處于水平(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),然后在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)粘貼上(shang)(shang)定(ding)(ding)(ding)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)附加試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎磁鐵塊(kuai)),其大小(xiao)剛好使(shi)F系列減速電機齒輪(lun)在(zai)偏(pian)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作用(yong)下B點(dian)(dian)向下轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動為(wei)(wei)止。分兩(liang)次測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是為(wei)(wei)了消除受軸(zhou)承摩擦力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響造(zao)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)誤差。欲使(shi)零件(jian)達(da)到(dao)靜平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng),則在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)所加的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加上(shang)(shang)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊(kuai)后,將(jiang)齒輪(lun)向下、向上(shang)(shang)兩(liang)個方向轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動若(ruo)干次,進行(xing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)品質(zhi)檢查,觀察齒輪(lun)是否能(neng)夠在(zai)做任意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),若(ruo)齒輪(lun)能(neng)在(zai)任意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),說(shuo)明(ming)齒輪(lun)各位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)均處于相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)狀態。若(ruo)齒輪(lun)不能(neng)在(zai)任何位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),則沿存在(zai)不明(ming)顯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng),需要(yao)進行(xing)精平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)
