F系列減速(su)(su)電機在(zai)更換低帶軸(zhou)(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)后,齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)存在(zai)明顯不平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),為此,必(bi)須對(dui)F系列減速(su)(su)電機進(jin)行(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)(yan),使(shi)其工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)在(zai)允許的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)精(jing)度范圍內。為了不影響(xiang)正常的(de)生(sheng)產秩序,決定(ding)在(zai)施工(gong)現(xian)場對(dui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)機的(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)進(jin)行(xing)現(xian)場靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)(yan)。通常情況(kuang)下(xia),在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)發生(sheng)靜(jing)態不平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)時(shi),需要將(jiang)被 測零件安裝(zhuang)在(zai)芯(xin)軸(zhou)(zhou)上,在(zai)專用的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)導軌支架(jia)(jia)(jia)上進(jin)行(xing)靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)(yan),常用的(de)靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)支架(jia)(jia)(jia)有圓柱形(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)(jia)和棱形(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)(jia)兩(liang)種,結合生(sheng)產中的(de)實際(ji)情況(kuang),如果將(jiang)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)減速(su)(su)機的(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)拆卸下(xia)來進(jin)行(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)(yan),所需時(shi)間長,經濟(ji)投入大,于是(shi)決定(ding)嘗試在(zai)現(xian)場利用F系列減速(su)(su)電機箱(xiang)體替(ti)代平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)導軌支架(jia)(jia)(jia),結合實際(ji)工(gong)礦條件進(jin)行(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)(yan),這樣可又省去(qu)拆除、裝(zhuang)配等工(gong)序,使(shi)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)減速(su)(su)機在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀態下(xia)即可獲得(de)較高的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)精(jing)度。
通過實踐,我們積累了定的經驗,具體的操作(zuo)方法如(ru)下(xia):找(zhao)正(zheng)F系列減速電機下(xia)箱體,水平(ping)度(du)偏差為<0.02mm/1000mm,以保(bao)證靜(jing)平(ping)衡(heng)達到較高(gao)的精度(du)。測定不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)方位(wei)(wei)(wei):用手盤動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪,使其緩慢轉動(dong)(dong),待(dai)靜(jing)止后,在(zai)轉子外圓高(gao)點(dian)(dian)做標記,然后在(zai)相反的方向重復操作(zuo),如(ru)此反復3-4次,各標記的平(ping)均點(dian)(dian)即為輕點(dian)(dian),記作(zuo)B點(dian)(dian)。若(ruo)轉子存在(zai)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng),則(ze)在(zai)靜(jing)止狀態下(xia),轉子的重點(dian)(dian)A應位(wei)(wei)(wei)于下(xia)方位(wei)(wei)(wei)置,則(ze)A點(dian)(dian)即為不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)量所在(zai)的方位(wei)(wei)(wei),而(er)上方為輕點(dian)(dian)B點(dian)(dian)。
測定平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的大小(xiao):先將平(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)減速箱被測零件(jian)的A點(即偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)位(wei)(wei))轉(zhuan)至水平(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)A點對稱位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)的配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上(shang)(shang)B點加(jia)試(shi)(shi)加(jia)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的質量(liang)(liang)(liang)數(shu)值由(you)試(shi)(shi)驗確定,即用彈簧(huang)秤的讀數(shu)即為(wei)該試(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點加(jia)上(shang)(shang)試(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后,將A點反轉(zhuan)180度,使(shi)其重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新處于(yu)(yu)水平(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),然后在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點試(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部位(wei)(wei)粘貼上(shang)(shang)定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的附加(jia)試(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎磁鐵塊),其大小(xiao)剛好使(shi)F系(xi)列(lie)減速電機(ji)齒輪(lun)(lun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作用下B點向下轉(zhuan)動為(wei)止。分兩(liang)次測量(liang)(liang)(liang)的目的是(shi)為(wei)了消除受軸(zhou)承摩擦(ca)力的影響造成的測量(liang)(liang)(liang)誤差。欲使(shi)零件(jian)達到靜平(ping)(ping)衡(heng),則(ze)(ze)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點所(suo)加(jia)的平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加(jia)上(shang)(shang)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊后,將齒輪(lun)(lun)向下、向上(shang)(shang)兩(liang)個(ge)方(fang)向轉(zhuan)動若(ruo)干次,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)品質檢(jian)查,觀察齒輪(lun)(lun)是(shi)否能(neng)夠在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)做任(ren)意(yi)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停(ting)(ting)(ting)留(liu),若(ruo)齒輪(lun)(lun)能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)意(yi)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停(ting)(ting)(ting)留(liu),說明齒輪(lun)(lun)各位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)均處于(yu)(yu)相同的平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)狀(zhuang)態。若(ruo)齒輪(lun)(lun)不能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)何位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停(ting)(ting)(ting)留(liu),則(ze)(ze)沿存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)不明顯的不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng),需要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)精平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)
