DCY.ZQ 齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)機(ji)齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)機(ji)低(di)速(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸的(de)(de)修(xiu)復,在(zai)本人接觸(chu)到的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)機(ji)維修(xiu)案例(li)中(zhong),其中(zhong)有(you)臺齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)電機(ji)低(di)速(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)表(biao)面呈(cheng)現(xian)(xian)索(suo)形、淚痕狀凹坑,深度為0.03-0.05mm.凹坑內表(biao)面粗糙、發(fa)暗(an),安裝研瓦(wa)時,齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)機(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸表(biao)面粘上了(le)鎢(wu)金(jin)粉末(mo),鎢(wu)金(jin)瓦(wa)表(biao)面被刮傷(shang)。因(yin)此這低(di)速(su)(su)齒(chi)輪軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)已經無法正(zheng)常安裝使用。出現(xian)(xian)問題主要是在(zai)運輸和加工過程(cheng)中(zhong)對軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸表(biao)面保護(hu)不力,被腐蝕性(xing)液體侵入齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)電機(ji)低(di)速(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),導致(zhi)出現(xian)(xian)前面所講的(de)(de)凹坑。為了(le)跟(gen)上生產的(de)(de)進(jin)度,就(jiu)得想辦法修(xiu)復齒(chi)輪減速(su)(su)電機(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸。

齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機軸(zhou)頸修復(fu)方(fang)案選擇:用臥式車(che)床砂輪(lun)磨修軸(zhou)頸,此(ci)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法不太容(rong)易實現(xian);第(di)二種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法是(shi)整體運到減(jian)(jian)速(su)機工廠,把軸(zhou)從(cong)大齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)孔中壓(ya)(ya)出來,修復(fu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)電(dian)機軸(zhou)頸或者更(geng)換新軸(zhou),在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)出時,輪(lun)芯外圈需加熱(re),此(ci)法很容(rong)易將齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)內孔與軸(zhou)外圓(yuan)損壞拉傷;第(di)三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法是(shi)制作研(yan)具,手工研(yan)磨齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)電(dian)機軸(zhou)頸。上術三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)案中,前兩種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)案很難實現(xian),只有采(cai)取第(di)三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)案。

粗研(yan)(yan)時用(yong)120度(du)剛玉80%,油(you)酸15%,10號(hao)機油(you)5%調配成(cheng)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)劑(ji),均(jun)勻地(di)涂(tu)敷在(zai)清洗(xi)干凈的(de)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)胎(tai)具表面,放在(zai)干凈的(de)齒輪減速機軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)上(shang),兩人分別站在(zai)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)兩側均(jun)勻用(yong)力上(shang)下轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)胎(tai)具,使(shi)胎(tai)具沿軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)圓周方向(xiang)30度(du)來回運動(dong)(dong)(dong),并有(you)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong)(dong),兩端軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)由(you)兩組(zu)人同時研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo),在(zai)進行中(zhong)要經(jing)常更換研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)劑(ji)。并要經(jing)常測(ce)量(liang),以控制研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)尺(chi)寸,使(shi)其各部位研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)均(jun)勻,研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)周后實際(ji)測(ce)量(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)尺(chi)寸。研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)結果表明,齒輪軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)可以正常使(shi)用(yong)。
