    齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)機軸承的(de)防水(shui)(shui)設計。用(yong)于水(shui)(shui)冷卻塔(ta)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)機,長期處于水(shui)(shui)汽包圍(wei)環境(jing)中運行,使用(yong)時(shi)會有(you)大量凝結水(shui)(shui),運行段時(shi)間后發(fa)現齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)機骨(gu)架軸封(feng)處會有(you)水(shui)(shui)滲出。通過(guo)分析齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機的(de)結構(gou)發(fa)現,水(shui)(shui)進入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機內(nei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)途徑只(zhi)(zhi)有(you)在軸與軸承壓蓋之間的(de)縫隙,因此只(zhi)(zhi)要切斷這條通道,就能阻止水(shui)(shui)進入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機內(nei)部(bu)(bu),避免軸承因為水(shui)(shui)的(de)侵害過(guo)早失效(xiao)的(de)問題產生,提高設備運行的(de)穩定性。
