齒輪減速機從制造裝配方面減噪措施

對檢(jian)驗、運輸及(ji)裝配(pei)提出(chu)嚴格的規定(ding)及(ji)要(yao)求。齒(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)機要(yao)嚴格防止終加工的齒(chi)輪(lun)工作表面磕毛碰(peng)傷,在裝配(pei)前應逐個仔細(xi)檢(jian)查齒(chi)面及(ji)配(pei)合面,剔除有碰(peng)傷痕跡的齒(chi)輪(lun)及(ji)傳動件(jian),裝配(pei)時不得作不合理(li)的敲(qiao)擊。
