     F系(xi)列減速(su)(su)電(dian)機齒(chi)輪齒(chi)面(mian)損(sun)傷(shang)(shang)的研究。平(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減速(su)(su)機在使(shi)(shi)用過程中經常會出現齒(chi)輪齒(chi)面(mian)各種不(bu)同類型的損(sun)傷(shang)(shang),而齒(chi)面(mian)的損(sun)傷(shang)(shang)會直(zhi)接影響(xiang)到F系(xi)列減速(su)(su)電(dian)機的正常使(shi)(shi)用,嚴重的齒(chi)面(mian)損(sun)傷(shang)(shang)將(jiang)會造(zao)成平(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減速(su)(su)機整體失效,長期以來,對于平(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減速(su)(su)機齒(chi)輪齒(chi)面(mian)損(sun)傷(shang)(shang)的分類和應對策(ce)略沒有統的說法。
經過長期對齒(chi)輪制造過程的跟蹤和F系列(lie)齒(chi)輪減速機裝(zhuang)配、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)過程及維修工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的研(yan)究(jiu),我們(men)認為(wei)根據齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷程度(du)和方式的不同,可(ke)將(jiang)齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷歸結為(wei)五類損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)式,即齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)類型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷、齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)疲勞類型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷、齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)滑移膠合類型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷、齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)塑(su)性變形類型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷和齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)破(po)壞(huai)性折斷類型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷。下(xia)面(mian)(mian)就大致講下(xia)齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)類型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷的特征。
