蝸輪蝸桿減速機傳動精度調整

    蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速機傳動精(jing)度調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)。將RV減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速機的(de)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)裝在(zai)殼體(ti)中,推(tui)力(li)球軸承與RV減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速機殼體(ti)間用(yong)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)墊調(diao)(diao)整(zheng),否則蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)傳動中心線(xian)將與蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)傳動中心線(xian)不重(zhong)(zhong)合,用(yong)手調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)RV減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速機的(de)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)、蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)到佳的(de)狀態(tai),用(yong)表(biao)檢查(cha)(cha)及檢查(cha)(cha)接(jie)觸精(jing)度。用(yong)表(biao)檢查(cha)(cha)時,將千(qian)分表(biao)放在(zai)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速機殼體(ti)端面上,蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)回轉周,千(qian)分表(biao)讀(du)數波動值要(yao)小(xiao)于0.025毫米,否則重(zhong)(zhong)新調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)裝配(pei),檢查(cha)(cha)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速機嚙合狀態(tai)。

安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)O型圈于(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)及聯(lian)接(jie)法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)上(shang),在(zai)聯(lian)接(jie)法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)與(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)間墊(dian)(dian)(dian)上(shang)0.2毫(hao)(hao)米墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian),之(zhi)后(hou)將聯(lian)接(jie)法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)器殼體上(shang),用(yong)工藝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)進(jin)行調整,工藝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)貫穿(chuan)整個(ge)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配過程,待后(hou)測試無問(wen)題后(hou),再磨削(xue)實際墊(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)將其(qi)換裝(zhuang)(zhuang)到產品中。安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)合適尺寸墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)時須(xu)再次拆(chai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan),切記不(bu)(bu)得損壞O型密封(feng)圈,調整好(hao)將聯(lian)接(jie)法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)與(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)間墊(dian)(dian)(dian)上(shang)的(de)(de)0.2毫(hao)(hao)米墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)拆(chai)下。翻轉(zhuan)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji),先將密封(feng)圈安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位套上(shang),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位套于(yu)RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)殼體中,用(yong)沉頭六角螺栓固定(ding)(ding)(ding)。這些螺栓裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配調整好(hao)用(yong)膠(jiao)防止松動(dong)且保證安(an)全鎖緊。將蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)固定(ding)(ding)(ding)在(zai)返平誤差(cha)小于(yu)0.05毫(hao)(hao)米的(de)(de)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)鐵(tie)上(shang),斜齒輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)殼體與(yu)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)鐵(tie)支(zhi)承面(mian)(mian)用(yong)0.03毫(hao)(hao)米塞尺塞不(bu)(bu)進(jin)。將推(tui)力軸承游隙(xi)消除(chu)(軸承不(bu)(bu)轉(zhuan))。在(zai)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位套下面(mian)(mian)同時等分(fen)壓3塊3塊千分(fen)表(biao),用(yong)千斤(不(bu)(bu)低(di)于(yu)60KN)緊定(ding)(ding)(ding)位套,3次,每次轉(zhuan)120度,觀察千分(fen)表(biao)變化值(zhi)(zhi),3次3個(ge)千分(fen)表(biao)的(de)(de)9個(ge)值(zhi)(zhi)應在(zai)0.1-0.2mm范(fan)圍(wei)內,且大值(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)小值(zhi)(zhi)間相差(cha)小于(yu)0.03毫(hao)(hao)米,否則分(fen)析原因,進(jin)行修整,之(zhi)后(hou)確定(ding)(ding)(ding)調整墊(dian)(dian)(dian)圈,根(gen)據厚度值(zhi)(zhi)重新調整工藝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)厚度并(bing)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),之(zhi)后(hou)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)的(de)(de)拉桿。
 
將拉(la)桿旋入位置漏(lou)出RV減(jian)速(su)機殼體下端面(mian)190毫米(mi),再將螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋套裝配到(dao)定(ding)(ding)位套上,用(yong)300N.m的力(li)(li)矩(ju)旋緊(jin)(jin)(jin),減(jian)速(su)箱(xiang)力(li)(li)矩(ju)扳手接(jie)頭體用(yong)力(li)(li)矩(ju)扳手連接(jie)板(ban)與齒板(ban)聯接(jie)并(bing)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固。在(zai)其(qi)上焊連接(jie)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)母。先根(gen)據(ju)齒板(ban)實際(ji)厚度、定(ding)(ding)位套實際(ji)高度值及螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋套的實際(ji)長度值,計算出螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋套與定(ding)(ding)位套間的間隙值 0.17毫米(mi),之后擰緊(jin)(jin)(jin)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋套,再回轉半圈,檢查(cha)間隙值,如果間隙值不合適,用(yong)力(li)(li)矩(ju)扳手調節(jie)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋直到(dao)間隙值合適。之后將螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋套與蝸輪蝸桿減(jian)速(su)機用(yong)齒板(ban)鎖緊(jin)(jin)(jin)、固定(ding)(ding)。
綜上(shang)所(suo)述,只有通(tong)過(guo)制訂(ding)加(jia)工(gong)、裝配過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)詳細工(gong)藝規(gui)程(cheng)及執行過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)控(kong)制,生產(chan)出的(de)(de)蝸桿齒輪減速機才(cai)會傳動平穩 ,才(cai)能次達到各項性能要求,為公司(si)創(chuang)造了可觀的(de)(de)經濟效益。此(ci)方(fang)法為今后的(de)(de)生產(chan)打了下堅實的(de)(de)工(gong)藝基礎。
