   齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)機(ji)低(di)速(su)(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)的(de)修(xiu)復(fu)。在本人接觸到的(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)機(ji)維修(xiu)案例(li)中,其(qi)中有臺齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)低(di)速(su)(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)呈現索形、淚痕狀凹坑(keng),深度為(wei)0.03-0.05mm.凹坑(keng)內表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)粗(cu)糙、發暗(an),安裝研瓦時,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)機(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)粘上(shang)了鎢金(jin)粉末,鎢金(jin)瓦表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)被刮(gua)傷。因此這低(di)速(su)(su)(su)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)已經無法正常安裝使用。出(chu)現問題主要是在運輸(shu)和加工(gong)過程中對軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)保(bao)護不(bu)力,被腐(fu)蝕性液(ye)體侵入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)低(di)速(su)(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou),導(dao)致出(chu)現前面(mian)(mian)所(suo)講的(de)凹坑(keng)。為(wei)了跟上(shang)生產的(de)進度,就(jiu)得想辦法修(xiu)復(fu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)。

齒輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)機軸(zhou)頸修復(fu)方(fang)案(an)選擇:用臥式車(che)床砂輪(lun)(lun)磨修軸(zhou)頸,此種(zhong)方(fang)法不太容易實現;第(di)二種(zhong)方(fang)法是整體運(yun)到(dao)減(jian)速(su)機工廠,把(ba)軸(zhou)從大齒輪(lun)(lun)孔中壓(ya)出(chu)來,修復(fu)齒輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)機軸(zhou)頸或(huo)者(zhe)更換新(xin)軸(zhou),在壓(ya)出(chu)時(shi),輪(lun)(lun)芯外圈需加熱,此法很容易將齒輪(lun)(lun)內孔與軸(zhou)外圓(yuan)損壞拉傷;第(di)三(san)種(zhong)方(fang)法是制作研具,手工研磨齒輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)機軸(zhou)頸。上術三(san)種(zhong)方(fang)案(an)中,前(qian)兩(liang)種(zhong)方(fang)案(an)很難(nan)實現,只有采取(qu)第(di)三(san)種(zhong)方(fang)案(an)。
齒(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速馬達軸(zhou)頸(jing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)機理和(he)操作(zuo)(zuo)工藝(yi):此(ci)軸(zhou)材質(zhi)是45度(du)(du)鍛鋼,硬度(du)(du)HB218.制造(zao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)胎具(ju)(ju)選用(yong)材質(zhi)HT15-33.硬度(du)(du)HB120-160,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)胎具(ju)(ju)與(yu)軸(zhou)頸(jing)要(yao)有(you)0.15mm間隙(xi),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)胎具(ju)(ju)的(de)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)比軸(zhou)頸(jing)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)小20-30 mm,使(shi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)具(ju)(ju)在(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)可(ke)以(yi)軸(zhou)向竄動(dong),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)胎具(ju)(ju)選用(yong)120號和(he)240號作(zuo)(zuo)為磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料,用(yong)10號機油、油酸(suan)和(he)剛(gang)玉(yu)配成(cheng)混合研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)劑。涂敷(fu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)法以(yi)物理作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)為主,兼有(you)化學作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。工作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)把研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)劑均(jun)勻(yun)地涂敷(fu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)具(ju)(ju)表面上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)。磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)粉在(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)具(ju)(ju)和(he)軸(zhou)頸(jing)表面間為浮動(dong)的(de)“多刃”基體。當研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)具(ju)(ju)與(yu)齒(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速電機軸(zhou)頸(jing)作(zuo)(zuo)相對運動(dong)時(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)定的(de)壓力(li)下(xia),對軸(zhou)頸(jing)表面起著滾擠、摩擦和(he)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)削的(de)綜合作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。同(tong)時(shi)油酸(suan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)軸(zhou)頸(jing)上(shang)迅速形(xing)成(cheng)氧化膜(mo),加速研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)效果,經過(guo)(guo)多次地反復(fu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)可(ke)獲得所需(xu)要(yao)的(de)尺寸(cun)和(he)幾何精度(du)(du)。研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)除了(le)去掉腐蝕層外(wai),還要(yao)保證齒(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速機軸(zhou)頸(jing)的(de)同(tong)軸(zhou)度(du)(du)和(he)圓柱(zhu)度(du)(du),為此(ci)在(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)軸(zhou)頸(jing)需(xu)經常(chang)旋轉,使(shi)其(qi)各部(bu)位(wei)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)均(jun)勻(yun),大(da)直徑(jing)齒(chi)輪(lun)軸(zhou)從來沒有(you)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)過(guo)(guo),零件大(da)而重(zhong),旋轉極不(bu)方便,從實踐中(zhong)摸(mo)索(suo)到(dao),在(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)軸(zhou)頸(jing)按120度(du)(du)轉位(wei),分三次研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)軸(zhou)頸(jing)周(zhou),在(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)應經常(chang)測(ce)量(liang)(liang),控制研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang),使(shi)其(qi)各部(bu)位(wei)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)均(jun)勻(yun),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)前仔細測(ce)量(liang)(liang)出(chu)齒(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速機軸(zhou)頸(jing)的(de)原始(shi)尺寸(cun),在(zai)(zai)(zai)每段軸(zhou)頸(jing)上(shang)各選三個截面,在(zai)(zai)(zai)每個截面上(shang)相隔45度(du)(du)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)出(chu)四(si)個尺寸(cun),作(zuo)(zuo)為研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)時(shi)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)依據。
粗研(yan)(yan)時用120度剛玉80%,油酸(suan)15%,10號機油5%調配成(cheng)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)劑(ji),均勻(yun)地涂(tu)敷在(zai)清洗干凈的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)胎(tai)具表面,放在(zai)干凈的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪減速機軸(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)上(shang)(shang),兩人(ren)分別(bie)站在(zai)軸(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)兩側(ce)均勻(yun)用力上(shang)(shang)下轉動(dong)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)胎(tai)具,使胎(tai)具沿軸(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)圓周方向(xiang)30度來回運(yun)動(dong),并有軸(zhou)向(xiang)移動(dong),兩端軸(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)由兩組(zu)人(ren)同(tong)時研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo),在(zai)進行中要(yao)經(jing)(jing)常(chang)更換(huan)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)劑(ji)。并要(yao)經(jing)(jing)常(chang)測量(liang)(liang),以(yi)控制研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)尺寸,使其(qi)各部(bu)位研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)均勻(yun),研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)周后實際測量(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)尺寸。研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)結果表明,齒(chi)輪軸(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)可以(yi)正常(chang)使用。
