F系列減速電機上現場靜平衡試驗

   F系列減速(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)上(shang)現場靜平(ping)衡試驗(yan)。我們(men)平(ping)常使用的(de)平(ping)行(xing)軸減速(su)(su)機(ji),都屬于旋轉體,由于材質不(bu)均勻、毛坯缺陷、加(jia)(jia)工及裝配中(zhong)產生(sheng)的(de)誤差(cha)、設計時非(fei)對稱幾何(he)形(xing)狀等各種因素(su),使F系列減速(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)在旋轉過程中(zhong),因存在不(bu)平(ping)衡而產生(sheng)離心(xin)慣性(xing)力,且隨著旋轉而不(bu)斷周期性(xing)地改(gai)變方向(xiang),使旋轉中(zhong)心(xin)的(de)位置無(wu)法(fa)固(gu)定不(bu)變,進而引(yin)起平(ping)行(xing)軸減速(su)(su)機(ji)機(ji)械振動、噪音(yin)、軸承磨損(sun)加(jia)(jia)速(su)(su)、機(ji)械壽命縮短,嚴重時會引(yin)發破壞性(xing)安全事故(gu)。

F系列減速(su)電機(ji)在(zai)(zai)更換低帶軸齒輪(lun)后,齒輪(lun)存在(zai)(zai)明顯(xian)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng),為此,必須對F系列減速(su)電機(ji)進行(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),使其工(gong)作在(zai)(zai)允許的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度范(fan)圍(wei)內。為了不(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)正常(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)生產秩序,決(jue)定在(zai)(zai)施(shi)工(gong)現場(chang)(chang)對平(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸齒輪(lun)減速(su)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)齒輪(lun)進行(xing)(xing)現場(chang)(chang)靜(jing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)。通常(chang)(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),在(zai)(zai)齒輪(lun)發生靜(jing)態(tai)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)時,需要將被 測零件安裝在(zai)(zai)芯軸上,在(zai)(zai)專用的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導軌支(zhi)架上進行(xing)(xing)靜(jing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),常(chang)(chang)用的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)支(zhi)架有圓柱形平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架和棱(leng)形平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架兩種,結合(he)生產中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)實際情(qing)況(kuang),如果將平(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸減速(su)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)齒輪(lun)拆(chai)卸(xie)下(xia)來進行(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),所需時間長,經濟投入大,于是(shi)決(jue)定嘗(chang)試在(zai)(zai)現場(chang)(chang)利用F系列減速(su)電機(ji)箱體替代平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導軌支(zhi)架,結合(he)實際工(gong)礦條(tiao)件進行(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),這樣可(ke)又省去(qu)拆(chai)除、裝配等工(gong)序,使平(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸減速(su)機(ji)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作狀態(tai)下(xia)即(ji)可(ke)獲得較高的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度。
通(tong)過(guo)實踐,我們積累了定的(de)(de)經驗(yan),具體(ti)的(de)(de)操作方(fang)法(fa)如(ru)下(xia):找正(zheng)F系列減速電機下(xia)箱體(ti),水平(ping)(ping)(ping)度偏(pian)差為<0.02mm/1000mm,以(yi)保證靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡達到(dao)較高(gao)的(de)(de)精度。測定不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡方(fang)位:用手盤動齒輪(lun),使其緩慢轉(zhuan)動,待靜止后(hou),在轉(zhuan)子(zi)外圓(yuan)高(gao)點(dian)(dian)做標記,然后(hou)在相反(fan)的(de)(de)方(fang)向(xiang)重復操作,如(ru)此(ci)反(fan)復3-4次,各標記的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)均點(dian)(dian)即為輕點(dian)(dian),記作B點(dian)(dian)。若轉(zhuan)子(zi)存在不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡,則(ze)在靜止狀態下(xia),轉(zhuan)子(zi)的(de)(de)重點(dian)(dian)A應位于下(xia)方(fang)位置,則(ze)A點(dian)(dian)即為不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡量所在的(de)(de)方(fang)位,而上方(fang)為輕點(dian)(dian)B點(dian)(dian)。
測定平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小:先(xian)將(jiang)平(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)箱被測零件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)A點(dian)(即偏重(zhong)方位(wei)(wei))轉(zhuan)至(zhi)水平(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)(zai)A點(dian)對稱位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)配(pei)重(zhong)圓上(shang)B點(dian)加試(shi)(shi)(shi)加配(pei)重(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)數(shu)值(zhi)由試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)確定,即用(yong)彈(dan)簧(huang)秤的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)數(shu)即為該試(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang),在(zai)(zai)B點(dian)加上(shang)試(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)后(hou),將(jiang)A點(dian)反(fan)轉(zhuan)180度(du),使(shi)其(qi)重(zhong)新處于(yu)水平(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),然(ran)后(hou)在(zai)(zai)B點(dian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)部位(wei)(wei)粘貼上(shang)定重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)附加試(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)g(碎磁鐵塊(kuai)),其(qi)大(da)小剛(gang)好(hao)使(shi)F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)機齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)在(zai)(zai)偏重(zhong)作用(yong)下B點(dian)向(xiang)下轉(zhuan)動為止。分兩次測量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)是為了消除受(shou)軸(zhou)承摩(mo)擦力的(de)(de)(de)影響造成的(de)(de)(de)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)誤差。欲使(shi)零件(jian)達到靜平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng),則(ze)在(zai)(zai)B點(dian)所加的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加上(shang)配(pei)重(zhong)塊(kuai)后(hou),將(jiang)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)向(xiang)下、向(xiang)上(shang)兩個方向(xiang)轉(zhuan)動若干(gan)次,進(jin)行(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)品質(zhi)(zhi)檢查,觀察齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)是否能夠(gou)在(zai)(zai)做任意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停留,若齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)能在(zai)(zai)任意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停留,說明齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)各位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)均處于(yu)相同的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)狀態。若齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)不(bu)能在(zai)(zai)任何(he)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)停留,則(ze)沿(yan)存在(zai)(zai)不(bu)明顯的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng),需(xu)要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)精平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)
