蝸輪蝸桿減速機傳動精度調整

 蝸(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)桿減速(su)(su)(su)機傳動(dong)(dong)精度調整(zheng)。將RV減速(su)(su)(su)機的(de)蝸(gua)輪(lun)裝(zhuang)在殼體中(zhong)(zhong),推力球軸承與RV減速(su)(su)(su)機殼體間用調整(zheng)墊調整(zheng),否則蝸(gua)輪(lun)傳動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)線將與蝸(gua)桿傳動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)線不(bu)重(zhong)合,用手(shou)調整(zheng)RV減速(su)(su)(su)機的(de)蝸(gua)輪(lun)、蝸(gua)桿到佳的(de)狀態(tai),用表檢查(cha)及(ji)檢查(cha)接觸(chu)精度。用表檢查(cha)時,將千分表放在蝸(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)桿減速(su)(su)(su)機殼體端面上(shang),蝸(gua)輪(lun)回轉周,千分表讀數(shu)波動(dong)(dong)值要(yao)小于0.025毫米,否則重(zhong)新調整(zheng)裝(zhuang)配(pei),檢查(cha)蝸(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)桿減速(su)(su)(su)機嚙(nie)合狀態(tai)。

將(jiang)拉(la)桿旋入位(wei)置漏(lou)出RV減速(su)機殼體下端面190毫米(mi),再(zai)將(jiang)螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)裝配到(dao)定位(wei)套(tao)(tao)上,用300N.m的(de)力(li)矩旋緊,減速(su)箱力(li)矩扳手(shou)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)體用力(li)矩扳手(shou)連接(jie)(jie)板(ban)(ban)與齒板(ban)(ban)聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)并緊固。在其上焊(han)連接(jie)(jie)螺母。先(xian)根據齒板(ban)(ban)實際厚度、定位(wei)套(tao)(tao)實際高度值及螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)的(de)實際長度值,計(ji)算出螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)與定位(wei)套(tao)(tao)間的(de)間隙值 0.17毫米(mi),之(zhi)后擰(ning)緊螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao),再(zai)回(hui)轉(zhuan)半圈,檢查間隙值,如果(guo)間隙值不(bu)合適,用力(li)矩扳手(shou)調節(jie)螺紋(wen)(wen)直到(dao)間隙值合適。之(zhi)后將(jiang)螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)與蝸(gua)輪蝸(gua)桿減速(su)機用齒板(ban)(ban)鎖緊、固定。
