本文提出種采用(yong)楔(xie)塊的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)來實現(xian)蝸(gua)輪、輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)之間的(de)離(li)合,使(shi)RV減(jian)速機蝸(gua)輪輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)實現(xian)單(dan)向(xiang)(xiang)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong),而(er)輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)在無動(dong)(dong)(dong)力驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,可(ke)以避免自鎖,能(neng)手動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),滿(man)足(zu)了(le)(le)茶葉揉捻機在使(shi)用(yong)過程中,當電(dian)機動(dong)(dong)(dong)力停止時,需要手動(dong)(dong)(dong)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)揉桶(tong)的(de)要求,通過這次實際應用(yong)體現(xian)了(le)(le)楔(xie)塊式單(dan)向(xiang)(xiang)離(li)合軸(zhou)(zhou)承在蝸(gua)輪蝸(gua)桿減(jian)速機上應用(yong)的(de)優(you)越性(xing)。
這種單向(xiang)離(li)合(he)(he)蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸桿(gan)減速箱,包括(kuo)相(xiang)互嚙(nie)合(he)(he)的(de)蝸桿(gan)、蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun),蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)中心套設有(you)輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)和蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)之間(jian)采用軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)聯接,蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)(yu)輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之間(jian)設有(you)兩個深溝球軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng),兩個深溝球軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)之間(jian)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)為(wei)離(li)合(he)(he)段(duan),RV減速機輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)離(li)合(he)(he)段(duan)與(yu)(yu)蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)可離(li)合(he)(he)配(pei)合(he)(he)。離(li)合(he)(he)段(duan)與(yu)(yu)蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)內(nei)孔之間(jian)有(you)環形(xing)(xing)間(jian)隙,環形(xing)(xing)間(jian)隙內(nei)均勻設置有(you)若干(gan)可擺動的(de)楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai),楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)為(wei)異(yi)型凸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)結構,各楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)同(tong)向(xiang)設置,楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)通過環繞環形(xing)(xing)間(jian)隙設置的(de)保(bao)持架支撐,楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)遠端長度(du)大于環形(xing)(xing)間(jian)隙的(de)高度(du),楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)近(jin)端長度(du)小于環形(xing)(xing)間(jian)隙的(de)高度(du),使(shi)楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)在NMRV減速機蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)或輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)帶動轉動時,能實現抱緊(jin)和分離(li)狀態的(de)轉換,實現離(li)合(he)(he)。楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)腰部沿環形(xing)(xing)間(jian)隙環周方向(xiang)設有(you)彈(dan)簧(huang)槽,彈(dan)簧(huang)嵌設在每個楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)的(de)彈(dan)簧(huang)槽內(nei),彈(dan)簧(huang)提供(gong)預緊(jin)力,使(shi)楔(xie)(xie)(xie)塊(kuai)始終保(bao)持與(yu)(yu)蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸桿(gan)減速機中蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)內(nei)孔、輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)外壁的(de)接觸(chu),避免(mian)離(li)合(he)(he)失效(xiao)。
